Mehrangarh Fort, Jodhpur


The Mehrangarh Fort is an ancient Large fort located in Rajasthan, India, which is also called the Fort of Jodhpur. It is a symbol of India's rich past. Mehrangarh Fort is situated at a height of 150 meters on a lofty mountain. This magnificent fort was built by Rao Jodha in 1459 AD. Due to being situated just above the Mehrangarh fort, Rajasthan is one of the most beautiful quarters of the state.

This fort built by Rao Jodha in a strategic way in 1459, is a unique model of ancient art, glory, power, courage, renunciation and architecture. This giant fort is situated on the rocky hill, 150 meters high from the ground and surrounded by a ten kilometer long high wall with eight doors and countless towers. 

There are four gates connected to the invisible, winding roads from this fort. Within the fort there are many grand palaces, wonderful carved windows, latticed windows and inspiring names. Notable among these are the moti mahal, flower palace, sheesh mahal, sileh khan, daulat khan etc. 

These palaces contain an astonishing collection of furnishings of Indian cuisine. Apart from this, there is also a wonderful collection of patrons, elephants, small paintings of different styles, musical instruments, costumes and furniture. The height of the percussion is 20 ft to 120 ft and width is 12 ft to 70 ft. There were seven reserved forts in remote areas in remote areas.

Here Jodhpur King remains the epicenter of many kings including Jaswant Singh. There is a specialty of Jodhpur which has artificial lakes and wells, in whose absence the town can not be imagined in this area. A well of the fort of Mehrangarh is 135 meters deep. Despite all this arrangement, there was always a lack of water always felt. It is called a curse behind it.
